Ease into your Friday with a breath of calm and a touch of creative energy. Join us on the mat for Friday Morning Flow, a yoga session designed to awaken your body and ground your mind. Led by Carly, this beginner-to-intermediate flow invites you to stretch, move, and reset before the day unfolds.

Tiny Hands, Big Ideas: Mixed Media Art Workshop for Kids & Their Grown-up
Looking for a fun and creative summer art activity to enjoy with your little one? Join us for Tiny Hands, Big Ideas, a hands-on mixed media art workshop for children ages 5+ and their parents or caregivers! Designed to inspire imagination, self-expression, and family bonding, this 2-hour workshop invites young artists to explore the world of recycled art, found object sculpture, and colorful mixed media projects—perfect for curious minds and tiny hands.
